
When you publish 60 books over close to 40 years, it’s a safe bet that at least some of them will go out of print. That is true of John’s books, too. Still, Amazon has a way of blurring the line, since some of John’s books declared out of print by their publishers still manage to turn up, looking none the worse for wear. Here are a few highlights:
